1.Machine characteristic
☆ The sorting tower is composed of a roller, a vertical tower and a column robot.
☆ The vertical tower makes full use of the three-dimensional space to realize multi-layer storage in the three-dimensional space.
☆ After each section of profile processing is completed, it enters the feed position of the tower library in a disorderly manner. Through the real-time calculation of the sorting software, the column robot places a single profile to the designated station according to the rules to ensure that the profiles stored in each station are placed in a diaphragm.
