Product Description

1.Machine Features:

☆Suitable for efficient CNC drilling and milling of various holes and grooves in aluminum door and window profiles (including drainage grooves, lock holes, installation holes, injection holes, pin holes, air pressure balance holes, mullion holes, etc.), as well as oblique downward cutting of hidden drainage grooves.
☆Adopt high precision guide rail pair, ball screw, gear rack and imported high quality servo system, make sure the stable working, with better positioning and processing accuracy.
☆The rotary worktable is driven by a servo motor and can rotate at any angle between -90 °, 0 °, and+90 °.
☆Adopting a double spindle configuration, the first spindle is a 9.5kW Italian imported high-speed automatic tool changing electric spindle with stable and reliable performance. The 2nd spindle is a drilling electric spindle that can be installed with a stepped drill bit to achieve fast drilling, saving tool changing time and increasing efficiency.
☆Each set of clamp is directly driven by a servo motor, which has the functions of fast automatic displacement and quick avoidance of position.
☆Four blade inline tool magazine, capable of automatic tool change for imported Italian electric spindles.
