1.Main Features
☆Suitable for sawing and milling of end surface tenon and step surface of stile profile in aluminum
doors and windows;
☆The three sets of cutting tools all use high-power spindle motors directly connected to the saw blades, and one of the cutting tools can be turned vertically and horizontally, taking into account the end milling of various cross-section profiles and reinforced middle poles, and has strong versatility. ☆ The whole machine is controlled by seven sets of private motors, which can realize the CNC automatic cutting of all the cutting tools, without manual machine adjustment, and can directly call the preset end face program to complete the processing. The left and right worktables can process different cross-section profiles, which is more efficient.
☆Large-lead ball screw is used in the feeding direction, which runs faster and more stably.
☆The feeding system adopts the structure of servo motor lead screw and linear guide rail, which can preset the speed for different thickness profiles, with small vibration and high processing accuracy.
☆Controlled by CNC system, it can realize network processing with MES server computer, and automatically convert the stile section into a processing program.
