This Double Head CNC End Milling Machine (Model LXD2DB-CNC-3000/4000) is designed for high-speed milling of aluminum door and window mullion end surfaces. It enables robotic automation for loading and unloading, and features a fixed left head with a CNC-positioning right head for precise operation. Each head is equipped with three versatile end milling tools, allowing flexible combinations for efficient processing. With linear guide tool feeding and full servo-driven feed system, it ensures stable performance, smooth operation, and excellent surface quality.
