Product Description

1. Machine Features:

☆ Efficiently complete the 45° or 90° sawing process of aluminum profiles, and can realize mixed cutting of 45° at one end and 90° at the other end.

☆ The upper and lower saw blades are used to complete the 45° angle processing separately, with high cutting precision, which can effectively avoid the defect of chipping head.

☆ The loading table can buffer multiple profiles and realize automatic feeding and cutting in sequence.

☆ Equipped with an automatic anti-error device, it can automatically measure the key dimensions of the profile section to prevent batch cutting errors caused by wrong profiles.

☆ Equipped with a chain plate chip conveyor, the waste head and aluminum chips are automatically transported to the waste hopper at the rear of the equipment.
