Machine Features

Used for cutting the profile of aluminum door and windows and curtain wall.
Imported cutting motor directly connects with the sawing blade, the blade feeding adopts gas-liquid damping cylinder drive, with smooth and stable cutting operation.
Right head feeding is driven by imported servo device, gear and rack transmission, full close-loop control, with high accurate driving, locating and smooth working.
Adopts CNC technique, imported PLC Schneider from France, can achieve various profiles auto cutting off.
Two sawing heads are adjustable and cut the profiles in 45° and 90°freely
Imported carbide saw blade is of accurate processing and high endurance.
Imported linear guiding pair ensures steady processing accuracy
Saw blade rotates smoothly thanks to high accurate main spindle
Uniform speed feeding and smooth motion thanks to air hydraulic damping cylinder.
Auto-opening shield makes the operation more safety. 
Middle auto-induction profile supporter and following profile supporter makes the loading and clamping convenient.
