Automatic Tool & Positioning Adjustment: The corner crimping head's height, depth, and penetration point are servo-adjusted. The upper clamp, horizontal auxiliary blocks, and internal positioning blocks also adjust automatically via servo motors. This ensures precise alignment and clamping for various profile sections, preventing window frame distortion and guaranteeing assembly accuracy.
Hidden Lifting Positioning Block: This innovative design provides reliable profile positioning while facilitating the smooth entry and exit of window frames from the workstation.
Momentum Monitoring & Auto-Pre-tightening: The system utilizes servo torque monitoring to automatically pre-tighten all four corners simultaneously, ensuring consistent and reliable crimping quality.
Smooth Line Operation: It employs a conveyor-based workflow for continuous processing, allowing windows to be automatically transferred for sequential corner crimping, optimizing production flow.
