The LXD2S7-CNC-300 End Milling Machine is designed for efficient sawing and milling of tenon and step surfaces on aluminum door and window stiles. It features three high-power direct-drive spindles, with one capable of vertical and horizontal flipping for versatile processing of various cross-sections, including reinforced profiles. Controlled by seven servo motors and a Codesys CNC system, it enables fully automated, precise operation without manual adjustment. With servo-driven feed, gear rack transmission, and MES connectivity, it ensures high accuracy, smooth milling, and easy code-scanning operation for enhanced productivity.
