This equipment is specialized in processing aluminum door and window profiles, with fully automated operation, high efficiency and high precision. It is mainly applied in aluminum door and window manufacturing factories.

1.Suitable for efficient CNC drilling and milling of various holes and grooves in aluminum door and window profiles (including drainage grooves, lock holes, installation holes, injection holes, pin holes, air pressure balance holes, mullion holes, etc.), as well as oblique downward cutting of hidden drainage grooves.

2. The rotary worktable is driven by a servo motor and can rotate at any angle between -90 °, 0 °, and+90 °.

3.Four blade inline tool magazine, capable of automatic tool change for imported Italian electric spindles. 

4. Adopting a semi enclosed cover and bottom feeding tray, it has high safety and effectively avoids the pollution of aluminum shavings to the working environment, creating a good working environment.

5. The intelligent CNC system and simple and intuitive human-machine interface make operation more convenient and efficient.
