Automatic Tool & Positioning Adjustment: The corner crimping head's height, depth, and penetration point are servo-adjusted. This ensures precise alignment and clamping for various profile sections, preventing window frame distortion and guaranteeing assembly accuracy.
Hidden Lifting Positioning Block: This innovative design provides reliable profile positioning while facilitating the smooth entry and exit of window frames from the workstation.
Momentum Monitoring & Auto-Pre-tightening: The system utilizes servo torque monitoring to automatically pre-tighten all four corners simultaneously, ensuring consistent and reliable crimping quality.
