LGZS26012 4-axis CNC gantry machining center is a special mechatronic equipment to meet rail transit aluminum
profile and all kinds of industrial aluminum processing. It has the feature of strong rigidity and high working speed.
The spindle got large torque at both high and low speed, it can work very effectively. And a special design was made
to adapt the length characteristic of rail transit aluminum profiles, the machine can highly effectively work with
working parts at max length of  26m.

1. Applicable for processing hole, slot, contour shape and other complex procedures of rail transit aluminum profile
and all kinds of industrial aluminum profile; it has the function of milling, drilling, boring and etc.

2. With cutting tool cooling spray system to ensure reliable operation and precision of machine.

3. Equipped with 24 groups of movable and adjustable auto clamping units, in order to ensure the safety and high
repetitive precision.

4. Equipped with electrical box air conditioner to improve the reliability and service life of electrical components.

6. Adopting high-speed electric principal axis (imported from Italy), which equipped with four servo control axis
