1.Machine Features

☆ Multiple internal links of the corner crimping machine head are automatically adjusted through servo, suitable for corner crimping processing of aluminum doors and windows with multiple varieties and small batch order modes.
☆ The front and rear clamping positions of the upper clamping, the height of the horizontal auxiliary outer positioning block, and the front and rear positions of the inner positioning block are all automatically adjusted in place by servo to meet the positioning constraints of different profiles, prevent window distortion and misalignment during corner assembly, and ensure the accuracy of corner assembly.
☆ The height, depth, and cutting point position of the angle cutter are all adjusted in place by servo, and can be quickly and automatically adjusted after replacing the profile and corner, without the need for manual intervention.
☆ The tool clamping adopts pneumatic locking mode, making tool replacement convenient and fast.
☆ The corner crimping power adopts servo motor+reducer, which is easy to achieve automated control and makes the corner crimping more flexible. 
☆ Hidden lifting type internal positioning block, which not only meets the reliable positioning of profiles, but also facilitates the entry and exit of windows.
☆ By using the torque monitoring function of the servo system, automatic pre-tightening of the four corners is achieved, ensuring the accuracy of the angle assembly.
