This CNC 5-axis end milling machine (φ400 blade cutter) is specialized in milling tenon joints and step surfaces on aluminum door/window mullion profile end faces. It features 2 spindle motors (dual output shafts, 4 cutters total) – 1 spindle enables auto vertical/horizontal conversion for end face groove milling. With servo-controlled feed (auto tool positioning, no manual adjustment), it ensures high cutting accuracy and surface quality. Operation is easy via a visual interface (customizable cutting parameters) and scan code function.
