Equipped with six high-speed electric spindles (two each on the upper, front, and lower sides) for simultaneous drilling and milling on three sides of a profile.
The two lower spindles feature independent X, Y, Z axes, enabling them to machine in synchronization with the upper/front spindles, drastically reducing cycle time.

Features servo-driven automatic feeding and unloading manipulators for a continuous, hands-off production process.

Includes a material height detection device to prevent cutting errors caused by incorrectly loaded profiles.

Capable of efficient cutting at 45°, 90°, 135°, or any angle within ±45°.
The servo-driven sawing head ensures smooth cutting, high accuracy (±0.10mm), and fast cycling.

The servo-moving worktable widens to facilitate smooth scrap drop-off, preventing jams.
An integrated chain plate chip conveyor automatically removes scrap heads and aluminum chips to a collection box.
