Product Description
The machine applies for CNC processing of hole, groove and contour shape of aluminum profile using in aviation industry, rail transit industry and all other industries. It has the function of milling, drilling, boring, threading and etc.
Features & Advantages
- Adopting genuine Siemens high quality CNC system with fine user interface, it can accomplish complex 3 axis integrated movement.
- Using cast iron worktable which has 5 T grooves evenly spaced, it is convenient for installing, clamping and changing fixtures and work pieces.
- Adopting fixed worktable, column and movable spindle box, reducing land area. The tool magazine moves with the column, easy for changing tools. The changing time is 2 seconds.
- Equipped with automatic chip removal machine.
- The spindle adopts BT40 taper shank to meet the requirement of high speed milling. The max speed is 10000r/min.
- It adopts disk type rotary tool magazine with 24 cutter positions, controlled by mechanic arms, and able to automatically changing tools.
- Equipped with safety protection device to keep operator security
- Optional devices: the fourth axis rotary worktable, which for accomplish the turning and positioning process for work pieces.
